W4, the major BPM solutions provider, announces the opening of a new branch in Spain, thus strengthening its positioning in southern Europe.
W4 is an acknowledged leader in France, and its results last year showed strong profit growth. It now wishes to consolidate its presence in southern Europe, and particularly in what for it are the key strategic markets of Spain and Portugal. The branch will be directed by Mr Haouari, and its main objective will be to develop W4’s market share in the region and to strengthen the commitment of existing customers. (The company already has a number of long-standing customers such as RSI Caja Rural, Tribunal Económico-Administrativo Foral de Navarra and Gobierno de Aragón.)
Laurent Hénault, W4’s President, says, “The market in Southern Europe is growing strongly, and the demand for BPM solutions is currently huge. We have had world-class customers in Spain and Portugal, and thus have been established there, for some time. This gives us a significant advantage over our competitors and means we can offer businesses practical, operational solutions. Opening a branch formalizes our positioning and demonstrates our desire to invest significantly in the region”.
The new branch will report directly to the Head Office in France, and will benefit from a number of additional resources in order to speed up its development. Thus it will have an R&D Centre, a number of sales tools, a marketing program and most importantly, pre-sales support.
Apart from marketing W4 solutions directly, the Spanish branch will also form a variety of technical and commercial partnerships with a network of local distributors including computer engineering and services companies, integrators, consultancies, and possibly software companies via OEM agreements. W4 already has a number of strategic alliances with companies such as Indra and Steria.
